to get the UUID of a disk

sudo fdisk -l to get the device
sudo blkid to get the UUID
add it to /etc/fstab and then you can mount or unmount using just the mount point

to mount an iso image as a loop device
create a mount point (in this case, within /mnt)
then
sudo mount -o loop /full/path/to/isofile/NAME.ISO /mnt/<name of mount folder>

to get dvd tracks from a mounted iso

lsdvd /mnt/<mountpoint>
